Your run sheet doesn't have to live in a PDF anymore. You can now share any timeline as a read-only link, so vendors and clients always open the latest version — no re-exporting every time something moves on the day. Planning a similar event? You can also copy a timeline straight from one event into another, carrying all your line items across so you start from a finished run sheet instead of a blank page.
