New: Turn a run-of-show file into a timeline

Shared by Nina โ€ข July 20, 2026

Hey there,

A run-of-show in a spreadsheet or document no longer has to be retyped line by line. Upload the file, review an AI-generated draft of the event names, descriptions, locations, and times, make any edits, and create the timeline together. Nothing is added until you approve the draft. The source stays yours; the draft gives you a faster starting point without locking you into the first pass.

New: Seat guests faster on your floor plan

Shared by Nina โ€ข July 15, 2026

Hey there,

Seating a full guest list now takes fewer clicks. Drag unassigned guests straight onto a chair or table, or click an empty chair and search for the next guest. After each quick assignment, That's The One moves you to the next open seat at that table, so you can keep working without reopening menus.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open a floor plan and use the guest tray or an empty chair to start seating.

New: Delete seats and tables without the reshuffle

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina โ€ข July 13, 2026

Hey there,

New improvements to the floor plans for managing guests and seats are live.

Now you can:

  • Unassign an individual guest from a seat
  • Remove an individual seat from a table
  • Drag a guest to another seat โ€” even at a different table. If the destination is occupied, the two guests swap automatically

Removing one seat from a table used to mean adjusting the seat count in the side panel โ€” and watching guest assignments shuffle. Now you can select any seat right on the canvas and delete just that one. Everyone else stays exactly where you sat them, the remaining seats renumber and close the gap, and if the seat still has a guest on it, you'll get a heads-up before they're unassigned โ€” nobody disappears silently.

Table numbers behave too: deleting a table no longer renumbers the rest of the room, so a finished arrangement stays finished. And if you slip, undo steps you straight back.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open a floor plan and click any seat to try it.

New: Import your to-dos from a spreadsheet

Hey there,

Twenty action items after a client call no longer means twenty rounds of typing. You can now import to-dos in bulk from a CSV file โ€” drop your task list into a spreadsheet, upload it, and your checklist is ready in seconds.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open To-Dos on your next event to import your first CSV.

New: Pick vendors by location, right in your event

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina โ€ข July 13, 2026

Hey there,

Choosing vendors for an event just got more practical. The in-event vendor selector now shows each vendor's location with a map view, so you can weigh distance to the venue while you shortlist โ€” no more switching back to the Vendor Hub to check where a supplier is based.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Add a vendor to your next event to see the map view.

New: Shift your whole timeline in one move

Shared by Nina โ€ข July 13, 2026

Hey there,

Ceremony pushed back half an hour? You no longer have to edit every line item. Select any set of timeline items and shift them forward or backward together โ€” by minutes, hours, or days โ€” while the rest of your run sheet stays untouched.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open a Timeline and select a few items to try time shifting.

New: Exact hex colours on your event website

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina โ€ข July 03, 2026

Hey there,

The website builder's colour picker now accepts exact hexadecimal codes. Paste in your couple's brand colour and match their palette precisely โ€” no more eyeballing the swatch and hoping it's close.

The builder stays as visual as ever: rearrange sections, edit text, and see every change update instantly.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open the Website section and paste in a hex code.

New: Set your own hotel search radius

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina โ€ข July 03, 2026

Hey there,

Hotel search around your venue is no longer locked to a fixed distance. Drag the new radius slider to widen the search โ€” a small change that makes a big difference for remote and rural venues, where the best guest options are often a little further out.

Pair it with live rates: your guests see real-time hotel prices and availability pulled directly from major booking platforms, so the wider net still books itself.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open Accommodation and try the slider on your next hotel search.
