New: Build your own To-Do categories

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 15, 2026

Hey there,

You can now create your own custom To-Do categories instead of being limited to the defaults — perfect for non-traditional weddings, multicultural celebrations, and any event that doesn't fit a standard checklist.

👉 Open To-Dos on your next event to add a custom category.

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 12, 2026

Hey there,

We've replaced gendered wording (bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen) with inclusive, gender-neutral language across To-Do categories, timeline templates, and checklists — so the platform works for every couple and every kind of celebration you plan.

👉 Open a To-Do list or timeline template on your next event to see the updated wording.

New: Edit the floor plan together, live

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 12, 2026

Hey there,

The "floor plan in use" lock is gone. When a teammate is editing a floor plan, you now stay right on the canvas in watch mode and see their changes catch up every few seconds — no more being shut out until they’re done. Need to make a change yourself? Hit Take over editing and the pen passes to you in one click, then back again just as easily. A calmer way for you and your team to work a seating plan together without overwriting each other.

👉 Open Floor Plan on your next event and invite a teammate to try watch mode.

New: Break vendor costs into services and fees

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 08, 2026

Hey there,

Your budget can now go line by line. Instead of one lump sum per vendor, break each vendor’s cost into individual services and fees — so a caterer’s food, staffing, and service charge each show up clearly in the budget. Set the items up once on a contact and reuse them: when you add that contact to an event, their services and fees copy straight across, ready for you to set quantities. A more accurate picture of where every cost goes.

👉 Open Budget & Payments on your next event to itemise a vendor’s services and fees.

New: A rebuilt Budget, now its own home

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 02, 2026

Hey there,

Budget & Payments has moved out of the vendor hub into its own space. Build budget categories and sub-categories, add vendors and payment schedules directly from the budget, and payments no longer have to be tied to a vendor — a cleaner, more flexible way to track every cost.

👉 Open Budget & Payments on your next event to explore the new layout.

New: Undo on the floor plan

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina • June 02, 2026

Hey there,

The floor plan now has an undo button. Move a table or guest by mistake and you can step straight back — no more rebuilding an arrangement because of one wrong drag.

👉 Open Floor Plan on your next event to try it.
