New: Share your timeline with a link

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina β€’ April 22, 2026

Hey there,

Your run sheet doesn't have to live in a PDF anymore. You can now share any timeline as a read-only link, so vendors and clients always open the latest version β€” no re-exporting every time something moves on the day. Planning a similar event? You can also copy a timeline straight from one event into another, carrying all your line items across so you start from a finished run sheet instead of a blank page.

πŸ‘‰ Open any event's Timeline and hit Share to grab your link.

New: Help guests find and book the right hotel

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina β€’ March 20, 2026

Hey there,

Finding the right place for guests to stay just got easier. Couples can mark up to three hotels as "preferred" to recommend where guests should book, and guests can filter hotels by Preferred, Most Booked, and Luxury Pick to find their room faster. Rooms can be booked on fully-cancellable rates for peace of mind, and you can download a list of everyone who's booked each hotel β€” handy for arranging transport.

πŸ‘‰ Open Guest Accommodation on your next wedding to set up preferred hotels.

New: A faster, smarter Timeline

Nina avatar
Shared by Nina β€’ March 10, 2026

Hey there,

We've rebuilt the fiddly parts of building a run sheet. The date picker now defaults to your event date with bulk date assignment, so you're not scrolling the calendar for every single line item. Timelines support overnight items that cross midnight β€” no more splitting an 11pm–1am activity into two. You can add every vendor to an item in one click, and a new visibility filter lets you control exactly what each vendor sees on their own timeline, so a vendor's export shows only what's relevant to them.

πŸ‘‰ Open a Timeline to try the new date picker and visibility controls.
